Located in a peaceful location in the historic town of Lagos our delightful new 2 bedroom apartment is within an exclusive gated complex with a large swimming pool/ sun terrace and dedicated parking space in the basement. The apartment is furnished to a exceptional standard with a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area offering all the facilities you will need to enjoy maximum comfort during your stay. The large south facing terrace is ideal for Al fresco dining. Take a leisurely stroll (15-20 mins) and you will reach the beautiful marina and historic walled town with it's maze of narrow streets lined with the finest shops and restaurants. You are also within easy reach of several golf courses, beautiful beaches and two supermarkets. We feel that our home offers the ideal location for families, couples and golfers.
Facilities
For your convenience and comfort the apartment is fitted with air-conditioning which doubles up as heating in the winter months. Thermal-coated aluminium electric blinds keeping the apartment cool in summer and warm in the winter months. Each room has speakers and control panel linked back to the lounge where the MP3 player can be used on the surround sound system. The 32" TV is linked to a DVD player with a selection of DVDs. The visual and audible door entry system can be used to allow access into the apartment block. The apartment is child friendly and the use of a cot and highchair is available with a small additional charge. OUTSIDE: The Lounge/dining area has access to a large private sun terrace with patio furniture, this includes a lovely table with 6 chairs, 2 tub seats with coffee table and sun loungers. The large pool / terrace is for the sole use for the guest staying within the complex and is gated to ensure its exclusivity is maintained.

Meet & Greet / Maid Service
Upon arrival you have the option of either being greeted by our apartment manager who will present you with the keys, show you around the apartment and help you with any queries you may have, or alternatively you can let yourself into the apartment by using the key safe. Either way you have the peace of mind that our manager is contactable throughout your holiday should you need any assistance. Welcome packs and children boxes can be arranged, please contact us for further details on this.
The apartment is cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh bed linen and towels. You are kindly requested to bring your own towels for use on the beach or by the swimming pool.
Accessibility
People with mobility difficulties can access the apartment at ground floor level or via a lift from the basement level. All rooms in the apartment are on one level making it suitable for the elderly and infirm. Please note that the bathrooms have not been adapted.
Travel/ Airport Transfer
The nearest airport is Faro which is 45-50 minutes drive from the apartment. Guests may travel by train, taxi or bus. For guests not wishing to use public transport or drive themselves we can offer a hassle free Airport collection service. Visitors will be collected from the Airport and taken directly to the property and a pick up time will be arranged for the return flight.
Things to do
The apartment is ideally located within short walking distance of the lovely Marina and Old Town with its bars, restaurants and traditional/ modern shops, or a short drive to some lovely golf courses. With its charm and relaxed atmosphere Lagos has to be one of the most appealing locations in the Algarve.
