Notes to the rental rates
Payment accepted in Euro or Sterling by cheque, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal .
The above prices are for a maximum of 4 guests, there will be a small additional charge for parties over 4 guests, please contact us for further information.
A deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking and then full payment must be received 8 weeks prior to departure. Late bookings within 8 weeks are to be paid in full.
A £150 refundable security deposit will be added to the final payment and returned on inspection of the apartment at the end of the stay.
Long term rental - discounts are available for long term outer season bookings (utilities and cleaning paid locally) Please contact us for further information.
Short term rental - If you wish to stay less than 1 week there is a daily rate + £50 cleaning and laundry charge Please contact us for further information.
Please note we do not rent out when the entire group is under 25 years of age.
